Terms & Conditions
“Company” is Mayak Studio CO. L.L.C. “Premises” includes the studio and all property owned by the Company, and “Hirer” is the individual or entity renting the premises or equipment. The Terms & Conditions are created in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Prices
1. Rates follow the current rental rate sheet effective at the time of booking.
Payment Terms
1. The Hirer is liable for the full replacement value of any damaged or stolen equipment belonging to Mayak Studio.
2. The Hirer is responsible for providing security and safety of Mayak Studio’s equipment while rental period.
3. Mayak Studio will not be responsible for failure of equipment due to third party negligence, external interference, acts of nature & war.
4. The Hirer must inform Mayak Studio immediately for any damaged or stolen equipment.
5. Please inform Mayak Studio if filming will take place in or around water, or in desert conditions.Removal of Mayak Studio labels on equipment is strictly prohibited.
6. The Hirer must return rented equipment at the end of the rental period as stated in the agreement. Extending the rental period beyond the previously agreed upon timeframe is contingent upon obtaining prior approval from Mayak Studio and will be billed in accordance with the price list.
Damage
1. The Hirer is responsible for any damage to Mayak Studio property or equipment. A damage deposit will be held for repairs, with additional charges if repair costs exceed the deposit.
Waiver of Liability
1. Use of Company’s premises and equipment is at Hirer’s risk. The Hirer hereby agrees that Company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to Hirer, his party or possessions while on the premises. All persons and activities on Company’s premises may be video recorded for security usage.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If the Company cancels, the Hirer will receive either priority rescheduling or a full refund. The Company is not responsible for uncontrollable events (e.g., power outages, weather, external noise).

Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upon booking confirmation for studio and equipment rent. Additional charges for unplanned rentals or extended time are due at the rental’s end.
- Bookings start and end at scheduled times. Late arrivals do not extend the end time, and any overtime beyond 15 minutes incurs an additional hour’s fee. Setup and teardown must be within booked time.
- The studio must be left in the same condition as it was before the booking. Hirer agrees to leave premises clean, disposing of large items in the building’s public trash bins. Excessive waste may incur additional fees.
- No smoking in the studio.
- No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
- No adult or pornographic photo and video shoots. The Mayak Studio cannot be used to shoot such content.
- The Hirer must inform Mayak Studio’s staff before using fog machine.
- Studios are not fully soundproof; maintain reasonable volume.
- The Hirer agrees that a Company representative will be present at the studio. The representative may terminate bookings without a refund if unsafe or prohibited activities occur.

- Cancellations:
If the Company cancels, the Hirer will receive either priority rescheduling or a full refund. The Company is not responsible for uncontrollable events (e.g., power outages, weather, external noise).
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling with 48+ hours’ notice is free. A fee of 50% of the deposit applies if less than 48 hours’ notice is given. Only one rescheduling is allowed, with no further changes or refunds.
